LoPy as Nano Gateway: configuration

We can set a LoPy as nano LoraWan gateway. Follow the instruction in the provided link: https://github.com/pycom/pycom-libraries/tree/master/examples/lorawan-nano-gateway
In Lorawan-nano-gateway, there are both, gateway code and node code. LoPy nano-gateway can be connected to TheThingNetwork (https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/). The following steps need to be followed:
- Register an account at https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/
- Register a gateway
- Create an application
- Register a device.
